What are the fees for the services Black Eagle Group offers? The fees vary depending on the services provided. Some services will have a set fee while others may be charged an hourly rate. This will be predetermined before the job commences and agreed upon by both parties. Each job and service is evaluated and negotiated in the initiation stage of the service. What experience does Black Eagle Group offer? The founder of Black Eagle Group worked in a manufacturing environment for over 20 years. During this experience he was part of strategic planning, budgeting, safety audits, lean process development, employee training and several other daily operations functions as well as customer satisfaction and relationship management. He has an MBA in Operations Management and also an MBA in Marketing. Other consultants in the group are added from time to time with specialized experience in certain areas.
